Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) draws on elements of cognitive therapy and exposure therapy and blends them with accupressure, in the form of fingertip tapping on 12 acupuncture points. How it works

Tapping utilises the body’s energy meridian points by stimulating them with your fingertips – literally tapping in to your bodies own energy and healing power.
